At GFYSC we take all reports of misconduct serious. To report any misconduct by a Coach, Parent or player please email President@gfysc.com.
Each year, all Coaches and Volunteers are required to complete SafeSport training and submit to a background check. GFYSC follows Minor Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) in addition to investigating each complaint, concern and issue as a Board. Both on and off the field should be a safe place for all players, parents and volunteers. We investigate every concern, complaint and issue that arises and when necessary, we will involve local Law Enforcement. This includes (but not limited to) sexual misconduct, physical abuse, emotional abuse and bullying. To prevent issues, GFYSC has adopted a no one on one contact between Coaches/Volunteers and players. This includes on the field, social media, emails and texts.
